Nasdaq Manila seeks a Workday HCM Specialist who will optimize Nasdaq's global use of Workday HCM, with primary focus on Workday Recruiting and Greenhouse ATS. You will partner with Centers of Excellence to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy solutions that improve recruiting and HR operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience designing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM, with strength in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience configuring Greenhouse ATS, including workflows and candidate lifecycle.
• Strong background implementing and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and time management.
• Clear communicator with ability to guide stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday HCM, providing consultative support to Centers of Excellence.
• Assess system functionality and contribute to full project life cycles from design to go-live.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Develop roadmaps and project plans to implement enhancements and provide updates to global stakeholders.
• Partner with an Agile team to support and improve HR processes and user experience.
