Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is expanding its remote sales team in the Philippines. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners. The role focuses on consultative selling and achieving targets through strong communication and problem solving.

You will work from home with training provided, growth opportunities, and potential promotions as you drive revenue for our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of BPO sales calling experience or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken English with clear articulation and listening skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience:End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales,

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a working PC/LAPTOP
• Core i3 and above (5th to 12th Gen) or AMD equivalent
• 8GB RAM and above
• WiFi connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
• Working camera
• Noise Cancellation Headset (you may use regular earphones or a headset yet for the initial interview)
