Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in the Philippines to ensure smooth processes from contract to closing. You will oversee buyer and seller transactions, coordinate title, mortgage, inspections, and document submission while maintaining clear client communication.

Ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions. This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all Aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
• Schedule, coordinate and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a working PC/LAPTOP
• Core i3 and above (6th to 12th Gen) or AMD equivalent
• 8GB RAM and above
• WiFi connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps
• Working camera
