Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cold calling or phone sales in real estate wholesaling.
• Hands-on experience using the Mojo dialer with triple-line dialing.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear phone presence.
• Proven objection handling and rebuttal skills.
• Solid knowledge of real estate and wholesaling terminology.
• Proven track record of meeting call and lead KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners from skip-traced lists the team provides
• Use the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to maximize contacts per calling session
• Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads by collecting details on the property, the owner's motivation, timeline, and price expectations
• Handle objections and rebuttals confidently while keeping conversations professional and natural
• Apply real estate and wholesaling terminology accurately to build credibility with property owners
• Log call outcomes, notes, and lead details accurately after every call
• Pass qualified leads to the team promptly for follow-up
• Consistently reach agreed targets for calls, contacts, and qualified leads
