GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a Customer Support Assistant (B2B Wholesale) to support wholesale accounts, manage order flow, and coordinate fulfillment for a fast-growing health and wellness brand.

You will respond to emails, manage orders in NetSuite and NuORDER, coordinate with warehouses, monitor shipments, and help maintain accurate records — all in a fully remote role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound emails and support requests from wholesale accounts and sales reps.
• Assist with order management and updates in NetSuite and NuORDER.
• Coordinate with warehouse/ops for timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Monitor order flow and communicate delays or inventory issues.
• Follow up on past due invoices and payment status.
• Route inbound wholesale leads to the appropriate territory sales rep.
• Support account setup and ongoing maintenance for wholesale customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and shipping records.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
