Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to drive growth for our wholesale division from a remote location in the Philippines. The role involves engaging customers, promoting product lines, and supporting order processing from our U.S.-based team.

You will manage new accounts, coordinate with warehouses, and help forecast sales while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. A home office setup and responsiveness are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the floral, perishable goods, or agricultural products industry.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred); CRM experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell targeted product lines, manage inbound and outbound calls to build relationships and drive sales.
• Prospect daily for new wholesale accounts to expand the customer base and resolve customer concerns.
• Process sales orders, manage inventory, pricing, packing, shipping details, and reservations; monitor BC for smooth order releases.
• Coordinate with on-site and warehouse teams to ensure product quality and availability; keep portals updated.
