Job summary

MORE. is seeking a highly organized Wholesale & Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support wholesale, ecommerce, and fulfillment operations for a growing consumer brand.

The role focuses on managing wholesale orders from approval through fulfillment, coordinating with warehouse partners, invoicing, and ensuring timely processing. The candidate will also support Shopify product setup and inbound inventory coordination in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wholesale/ecommerce operations or similar operational support roles.
• Experience coordinating with warehouses, fulfillment teams, 3PLs, or logistics partners.
• Experience using Shopify and ecommerce platforms for product setup and launches.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve specialty wholesale orders based on guidelines.
• Verify order requirements, inventory availability, and details.
• Manage orders from approval through fulfillment and tracking.
• Maintain order records, documentation, and status trackers.
• Coordinate with specialty retail accounts and warehouse partners.
• Support Shopify product setup and ecommerce operations.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and track payments.
