Job summary

Morestaffing is seeking a Wholesale & Ecommerce Operations Coordinator for a remote, part-time role (~20 hours/week) with overlap to US business hours.

The role focuses on wholesale orders from approval through fulfillment, coordinating with warehouses, invoicing, and payment follow-up while supporting Shopify product setup and broader operational workflows. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wholesale/ecommerce ops or similar
• Experience managing orders from approval to fulfillment
• Experience coordinating with warehouses/3PLs
• Hands-on Shopify ecommerce setup and updates
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and trackers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Wholesale Order Management: review, approve, fulfill orders and maintain records
• Specialty Retail Account Support: communicate updates and resolve issues
• Big-Box Retail Operations Support: manage shipping requirements and documentation
• Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordination: oversee packing, shipping, and trackers
• Inbound Inventory Coordination: coordinate shipments and maintain inbound data
• Shopify & Ecommerce Operations: manage product data and launches
• Invoicing & Payment Coordination: issue invoices and track payments
• Reporting & Operational Tracking: maintain trackers and provide visibility
• Operational Support: improve processes and documentation
