Wing Assistant is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to join remotely and help manage orders, payments, and platform listings. The role involves coordinating with retailers, processing payouts, and creating data reports for US sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail/wholesale operations and strong communication skills. This remote position offers a competitive monthly salary in PHP and requires proficiency with tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a retail and wholesales operations specialist / E-commerce experience
• 18 years of age and completed High School
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational & time management skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained

Responsibilities

And we’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Order entry, order processing, routing guides, and payment handling
• Creating items/queues on multiple platforms (wholesale, retail, marketplaces)
• Sending samples to retailers and representatives
• Organizing and processing daily payouts
• Newsletter management
• Excel reporting and pulling information for sales representatives across the US

Schedule:

US work hours 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week)

Salary Package per month:

• PHP 45,000/month up to PHP 48,000/month (still negotiable depending on experience)
