Job summary

Ubiquity is hiring a Benefits and Wellbeing Specialist in the Philippines. You will administer employee benefits, oversee enrollment, and process claims while supporting employees with benefits options and inquiries.

The role involves coordinating with providers, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. A project-based contract and a focus on wellness are central to this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a wellness-related role or health promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of wellness principles and health promotion strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support employees.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and wellness management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Must be willing for a project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and other benefits.
• Oversee the benefits enrollment process for new hires and changes.
• Ensure timely processing of benefits claims and payments.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding eligibility and claims.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and internal teams.
• Conduct benefits orientations and information sessions.
