Job summary

Remitly is seeking a People Operations Partner (Benefits) to own end-to-end benefits administration for our Philippines population on a 6-month contract. You will manage enrollment, renewal, claims, and government remittances for programs like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HMO, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PH benefits administration or related HR function.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and local regulations.
• Confidential handling of employee data with good judgment.
• Process-driven with urgency in meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer company-sponsored and statutory benefits end-to-end (enrollment, renewal, claims).
• Liaise with vendors, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
• Process new hires, resignations, and statutory claims; ensure payroll inclusion.
• Facilitate benefits onboarding and respond to inquiries with empathy.
• Maintain data integrity and explore AI/automation for improvements.
