You will administer employee benefits programs, support employees on benefits options, ensure compliance, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with HR and benefits providers to keep programs current and effective.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a wellness-related role or health promotion.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field; relevant certifications advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of wellness principles and health promotion strategies.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and wellness management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other benefits.
• Oversee the benefits enrollment process for new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure timely processing of benefits claims, adjustments, and payments.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims.
• Address inquiries and coordinate with benefits providers and HR stakeholders.
• Conduct benefits orientations and informational sessions for employees.
• Respond to inquiries through ticketing and coordinate updates with HR departments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies on benefits.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports on benefits programs.
• Maintain confidential employee benefits records and related data.
