Qualifications

• Strong understanding of statutory wages
• Solid knowledge of statutory benefits, procedures and government requirements
• Familiarity with Labor Code and Labor Standards
• Proven ability to manage large data sets and analyze information
• Experience addressing payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and deductions issues
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience liaising with benefit providers and vendors
• Organized with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Administer employee statutory and company benefits and services
• Act as liaison between employees and benefit providers/government bodies
• Assist employees with claims and inquiries on benefits
• Prepare periodic reports for government institutions
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits practices by law and by Sagility
• Calculate and validate deductions and payments for benefits
• Maintain and update the Statutory & Company Benefits database
• Validate benefit invoices and billing
• Support wellness programs and benefit enhancements
• Stay updated on government-mandated regulations for benefits and insurance
• Participate in benefit-related programs and launches
• Communicate benefits information to employees about programs and changes
• Respond to payroll/benefits inquiries and resolve disputes
• Escalate and provide timely feedback on C&B concerns
• Prepare job offers for certain levels
• Prepare/monitor retirement benefit and separation pay claims
• Respond to employment verifications
• Provide HR documents and review documentation for benefits claims
• Prepare employment certificates and related documents
• Liaise with payroll banks for new hires’ bank accounts
• Guide on HRIS usage and update employee records
• Support HR and C&B programs (on-site health exams, etc.)
• May handle other compensation- or benefits-related tasks
