WebBeds is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist in the Philippines to oversee and improve our employee benefits programmes across international markets. The role sits within Global Total Rewards, ensuring competitive, compliant and cost-effective plans with strong governance and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global or multi-country employee benefits within a multinational organisation.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, governance, renewals, programme design and operational controls.
• Confidence working with benefits data, a HR information system (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing shared-service teams and managing brokers, insurers or other benefits providers.

Responsabilités

• Support the global benefits strategy and roadmap across markets.
• Lead benefit renewals and coordinate implementation of new or updated plans.
• Analyze costs, participation, utilisation and claims to inform budgets and business cases.
• Oversee administration, controls and data quality across People Services, Payroll and external providers.
• Manage brokers, insurers and consultants through governance and performance reviews.
• Monitor regulatory, tax, insurance and data privacy requirements; coordinate action when needed.
• Provide expert benefits guidance and clear communications to employees and leaders.
