Job summary

TREG Outsourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Voice / Non-Voice) to deliver excellent service across phone, chat, or email channels. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applicants with strong English communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work on-site, hybrid, or remote setups depending on the account. BPO experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work on-site, hybrid, or work-from-home setup (depending on account requirements).

Salary Range
