Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves assisting customers by providing information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer navigation skills
