Qualifications

6 years progressive experience in housekeeping or facility service operations in mall, hotel, or large properties.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role leading teams of 30+ staff.
Direct experience managing shift-based, 24/7 operations and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule and supervise housekeeping, janitorial, waste management, and landscaping teams across all operating hours.
Conduct daily briefings, monitor attendance and performance, and onboard new hires.
Audit service delivery, enforce quality standards, and manage supply inventory and equipment.
Coordinate with third-party providers and procurement on cost-effective improvements.
Serve as escalation point for guest concerns and align services with events and operations.
