Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate Manager (Soft Services) to manage mall soft services including housekeeping, hygiene, pest control, waste management and landscaping.

You will supervise third‑party providers, enforce standards and drive cost efficiency to deliver a world-class experience for patrons. The role involves daily walkthroughs, budget input, SOW preparation, vendor reviews and sustainability data collection, with a focus on safety and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Mall Operations or Property Management overseeing soft services and third-party contractors.
• Experience with managing contractors, SLAs and KPIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise soft service contractors and monitor SLAs and KPIs monthly.
• Track consumables and inventory levels across facilities.
• Lead handover/takeover defect tracking for new property developments.
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs of common areas, washrooms, parking structures and back‑of‑house areas.
• Enforce BICS standards to achieve 98%+ Mystery Shopper rating.
• Conduct routine safety audits and process work permits and SWMS.
• Oversee emergency recovery plans and act as main contact during incidents.
• Prepare Scopes of Work (SOW), review vendor proposals, and provide budget input for upgrades.
• Oversee facilities helpdesk and collect sustainability data on waste and utilities.
