Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a proactive Property Admin Associate to oversee soft services delivery across our property portfolio. You will manage third-party providers for housekeeping, hygiene, waste, pest control, and landscaping, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and optimal budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in Mall Operations or Property Management focused on soft services.
• Experience managing third-party contractors and in-house teams; MS Office proficiency; basic accounting and budget control.
• BICS certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, report writing, project management, and knowledge of HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management and SLA oversight for housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, landscaping, and waste services.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations against KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage site handover/takeover, defect logs, and verify maintenance works.
• Perform daily facility inspections of retail concourses, restrooms, parking, loading bays, and back-of-house areas.
• Enforce BICS standards to achieve 98%+ Mystery Shopper scores.
• Handle on-site facilities helpdesk escalations and emergency response.
• Track consumables, stock levels, and spare parts; implement cost-saving initiatives within budget.
• Draft scopes of work (SOW) and evaluate vendor proposals.
