Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and performance check‑ins; reinforce grooming, conduct, and service standards
Monitor attendance, productivity, and leave; resolve scheduling gaps and adjust deployment dynamically
Train new hires and upskill teams on cleaning methods, equipment use, chemical safety, customer interaction, and sustainability practices
Conduct regular inspections across all public areas, building lobbies, restrooms, open spaces, pathways, parking zones, and back‑of‑house facilities — verify cleanliness, order, and presentation meet premium benchmarks
Audit service delivery; identify gaps and implement corrective action plans immediately
Oversee waste segregation, recycling programs, and pest control monitoring — align with Nuvali’s sustainability goals and Laguna environmental regulations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables; prevent shortages, minimize waste, and control operational costs
Supervise third‑party service providers — specialized cleaning, landscaping, facade maintenance, and pest control — monitor performance against SLAs and contractual standards
Review service reports, approve completed work, and elevate non‑compliance promptly
Lead sustainability initiatives — waste reduction, water conservation, eco‑friendly product adoption, and green practices across all operations
Coordinate with engineering, security, and tenant relations teams to align soft services with property‑wide events and operational needs
Serve as escalation point for tenant, resident, and guest concerns related to cleanliness, maintenance, and environment; resolve courteously and follow through to closure
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports — service ratings, compliance scores, attendance, cost efficiency, and sustainability metrics — for leadership review
Uphold and model professional conduct, courtesy, and service excellence — embody Nuvali’s welcoming, forward‑thinking spirit
Support community events, peak periods, and emergency mobilization as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field
4‑6 years progressive experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or facility service operations — within mixed‑use estates, mall, resort, or large‑scale community environments
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity leading teams of 30+ staff
Direct experience managing shift‑based operations, vendor contracts, and sustainability programs
Familiarity with South Luzon environmental standards and Laguna local ordinances

Hands‑on, visible leadership — comfortable working alongside teams on‑site
Experience in eco‑focused or green‑certified property developments
