Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Property Office Admin to elevate the tenant experience across our flagship property in Makati. You will own the soft services ecosystem, directing partner vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring facilities are in immaculate condition.

This hands-on role focuses on vendor oversight, on-site quality control, incident management, and budgeting responsibilities, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant technical field.
• 1–2 years in Property/Mall Operations specializing in soft services delivery.
• Proven contractor oversight, MS Office proficiency, budget tracking, and strong report-writing ability.
• Solid grasp of HSE regulations; BICS certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Soft Services & Vendor Oversight: manage contractors across housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and hygiene.
• On-Site Quality Control: run daily inspections and maintain visible presence during peak hours; achieve 98%+ Mystery Shopper target.
• Incident Management & HSE Compliance: review SWMS, issue permits, and handle tickets, emergencies, and weather responses.
• Budgeting, Admin & Sustainability: track inventory, evaluate quotes, write SOWs, and identify cost efficiencies.
