enablesGROUP is seeking a highly organized Warranty & Store Support Specialist to support warranty administration, customer service, and store operations. The role covers an expanding retail network and includes coverage for Perth locations, with a Saturday-to-Wednesday schedule and hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig, PH.

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable supporting customers and store teams remotely.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, order management, ERP, or retail systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, particularly during periods of reduced team coverage.
• Must be able to work the required Saturday-to-Wednesday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer warranty enquiries and claims.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentation.
• Track outstanding cases and coordinate required follow-up actions.
• Communicate warranty updates and outcomes to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate complex or unresolved warranty matters appropriately.
• Provide operational and administrative support to retail stores, with coverage for Perth locations.
• Respond to store enquiries and assist with customer, order, warranty, and general store-support inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve store requests.
• Maintain CRM, warranty, order management data and records.
