Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking a Service Administrator & Warranty Processor (Onsite) to join our growing team.

You will handle batch print checks, warranty verification, and service bookings, ensuring accurate data across portals and spreadsheets. The role requires experience in automotive service administration, DMS proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service administration or similar role.
• Experience in customer booking coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
• Proficiency with DMS or equivalent platforms.
• Strong organisation and time management with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform batch print checks, including recall checks and warranty date verification.
• Update manufacturer portals with current customer details.
• Review customer complaints and check labour times.
• Manage electronic batch printing processes for service operations.
• Coordinate with the Spare Parts team via email to resolve pricing updates.
• Complete pre-costing and CPS costing requirements accurately.
• Process and finalise fleet authorisations through online portals and phone communication.
• Order head units, schedule customer bookings, and maintain/update tracking spreadsheets.
• Conduct follow-up calls for no-show customer bookings and assist with appointment rescheduling.
• Provide backup support for invoicing completed repair orders.
• Manage and monitor Online Service Bookings (OSB) for scheduling and communication.
