enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a Warranty Support Specialist to manage warranty queries and claims, coordinate with stores and suppliers, and ensure timely, accurate case progression. The role emphasizes strong customer service and organized administration in a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) in Pasig.

You will work with CRM and ERP systems, handle multi-channel inquiries, and contribute to ongoing improvements in warranty processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, warranty support, after-sales support, retail support, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, order management, ERP, or customer service systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer warranty enquiries and claims from lodgement to resolution.
• Review warranty requests and ensure documentation is complete.
• Progress warranty cases per established processes.
• Maintain records of warranty claims and communications.
• Monitor open cases and follow up within timeframes.
• Escalate complex warranty matters to stakeholders.
• Support warranty administration and reporting.
• Respond to warranty inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate warranty information in systems and produce reports.
