Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Backoffice Warranty Administrator (For Pooling) to ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently in alignment with manufacturer guidelines. You'll bridge service teams, manufacturers, and customers, driving operational excellence with integrity.

This on-site role in Alabang, Muntinlupa requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and readiness for a night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Proven warranty administration experience in automotive retail or BPO.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with warranty management systems and dealership software (PICA, DMS).
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset with integrity and respect.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa; night shift 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Review repair orders to validate eligibility and coding.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to clarify claim details.
• Track approvals, denials, and payments; maintain records and report trends.
• Ensure warranty parts return and documentation per policy.
• Stay updated with manufacturer warranty policies.
• Identify process improvements to reduce rejections and improve turnaround.
• Uphold ethical standards in warranty interactions.
