Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a calm, customer-focused coordinator to turn upset customers into resolved tickets. You will manage warranty tickets for solar, battery, and HVAC systems, coordinate the field service team, and reach out to customers for annual checks.

You will help build a product knowledge base for self-service, work with installers, distributors, and manufacturers, and have room to develop new tools with the IT team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ticket management, or service coordination.
• A calm temperament and strong judgement when customers are upset.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Strong organisation and calendar management.
• Confident working with internal and external teams.
• Nice to have: solar, battery, or HVAC background.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty tickets for solar, battery, and HVAC systems.
• Listen to customers, triage urgent issues, and keep them updated.
• Manage the calendar of the field services and quality manager.
• Coordinate installers, distributors, and manufacturers on warranty work.
• Contact customers to offer and book annual system checks.
• Help build a product knowledge base for customer self-service.
• Room to build something new. Beyond day to day tickets, you will have time to research products and help build self service tools for customers, working with the IT team.
