Job summary

Journeyfront, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist - Solar Campaign to coordinate field service partners and ensure a seamless customer experience for residential solar systems in the Metro Manila area.

You will review requests, triage actions, create work orders, and assign tasks while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and partners. A background in solar or related fields is valued, along with proficient use of Google Workspace and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in dispatch coordination or similar roles is a plus.
• Background in photovoltaic (solar) or civil construction is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage service requests to determine required actions (troubleshooting, maintenance, repair).
• Create and manage work orders in the CRM system.
• Assign requests to field service partners and monitor status for timely completion.
• Provide updates to Customer Service and Technical Support teams.
• Participate in team and cross-department meetings as required.
