Job summary

ClearSource in Pasig, Philippines, is hiring a Residential Field Service Coordinator to manage our network of Field Service Partners and ensure quality service delivery for residential solar customers. You will review service tickets, coordinate with partners, and communicate status to internal teams while helping to improve field operations and customer experience.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in the solar industry, experience with CRM systems, and a client-facing mindset; preferred

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry (PV systems, installation, operations, maintenance).
Familiarity with solar inverters, panels, mounting systems, monitoring platforms.
At least 6 months in partner/vendor management or a client-facing role.
Proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Field Service Partners to ensure timely resolution.
Review field service reports and quotes for accuracy.
Close service tickets and maintain records.
Serve as the first contact for service ticket inquiries from internal teams and FSPs.
Drive partner responsiveness and service resolution through follow-up.
Manage workmanship warranty claims and service escalations.
