Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for solar systems, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess system performance, diagnose technical issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, technical complaints, warranty claims, and repair requests.
• Coordinate with service teams, installers, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical concerns.
• Perform system testing, maintenance, and on-site technical evaluations.
• Prepare site inspection reports, service reports, troubleshooting records, and warranty documentation.
• Monitor unresolved technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and instructions to customers regarding product operation and maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
