Satellite Office is seeking a calm, customer-focused coordinator to manage warranty tickets for solar, battery, and HVAC systems. You will triage issues, coordinate field service teams, and keep customers updated while building self-service tools with the IT team.

You'll gain room to create new processes, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a growing Australian energy services company during business hours.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, ticket management, or service coordination.
• A calm temperament and strong judgement when customers are upset.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Strong organisation and calendar management.
• Confident working with internal and external teams.
• Nice to have: solar, battery, or HVAC background.

Responsabilidades

• Manage warranty tickets for solar, battery, and HVAC systems.
• Listen to customers, triage urgent issues, and keep them updated.
• Manage the calendar of the field services and quality manager.
• Coordinate installers, distributors, and manufacturers on warranty work.
• Contact customers to offer and book annual system checks.
• Help build a product knowledge base for customer self-service.
