Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an organised coordinator to manage admin tasks from grid approval through to handover for Australian solar and battery projects in Manila.

You will handle documentation, compliance, and communications with customers, installers, and distributors, with full training provided to learn Australian processes. Growth into a project coordinator role is possible in a fast-growing industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or administration.
• Strong organisation across many jobs and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Clear spoken and written English with customers, installers, and distributors.
• Confident using a CRM, online portals, and several systems at once.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge grid connection applications with electricity distributors.
• Coordinate meter reconfiguration and meter upgrade requests after installation.
• Prepare post installation packs with warranty and system information for customers.
• Prepare and check STC rebate documentation so every claim is compliant.
• Follow up installers, distributors, and customers by phone and email.
• Update the CRM and upload documents to keep every job on track.
• Track job status, chase outstanding approvals, and flag delays early.
