Job summary

TGT Global is seeking a Warranty Support Specialist to join our on-site team in BGC, Taguig. You will manage warranty claims, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely resolutions while meeting KPIs. Fluency in English and strong customer-service skills are essential.

The role emphasizes accurate data maintenance in the warranty system, effective communication with suppliers, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of warranty support experience.
• Ideally with experience/knowledge in PC/Computers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills (ideal).
• Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level warranty claims support via portals, phone, and email.
• Process claims through supplier portals and engage suppliers regularly.
• Maintain up-to-date warranty item progress in the system to support Customer Service.
• Escalate warranty concerns to the appropriate team lead or manager when needed.
