Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Office Administration or related 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of warranty processing experience.
• Knowledge of after-sales and workshop processes.
• Familiar with automotive dealer management systems.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review repair orders and supporting documents for warranty claims.
• Process PMS, warranty, TSB and FSA claims.
• Ensure that labor, sublet, materials, and parts charged to repair orders are accurately claimed.
• Coordinate with GAC International on system issues and claim requirements.
• Submit monthly dealer warranty invoices and PMS coupons.
• Maintain organized warranty records and documentation.
