Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant warranty support experience
• Ideally with experience/knowledge in PC/Computers
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills (ideal)
• Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Provide high level support on warranty claims via supplier portals, phone, and email
• Manage warranty items through the warranty system to meet KPIs
• Keep warranty information up to date so CS teams receive timely updates
• Elevate warranty concerns to the appropriate warranty lead or manager
