You will assess coverage, review service records and technical reports, and coordinate with technicians on diagnosis and procedures to ensure accurate claim submissions. The role requires meticulous documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to liaise with suppliers for claim approvals or rejections.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in automotive warranty claims or service operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair reports, job orders, and warranty policies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor automotive warranty claims and repairs.
• Review warranty coverage, service records, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding diagnosis, repair procedures, and warranty requirements.
• Verify parts, labor, and repair details before claim submission.
