Orchids America Inc. (dba Orchids Lux Home) seeks a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our U.S. warehouse and logistics remotely.

The role involves coordinating with warehouse staff and U.S.-based teams, maintaining inventory and shipment records, and ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and on time. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, at least 4 years in operations or logistics, and expert Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating on calls with U.S.-based teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, and order-fulfillment activities.
• Maintain and update inventory, shipment, and operational records in Excel.
• Monitor stock levels of samples, packaging materials, catalogs, and other supplies, and flag low inventory.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, shipping documentation, and dispatch requirements.
• Follow up with warehouse staff to ensure assigned tasks and processes are completed correctly.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized records and report discrepancies, missing information, or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal U.S. teams on warehouse, logistics, and supply-related requirements.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our U.S. warehouse and logistics operations remotely.
