iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage global logistics, 3PL relationships, and end-to-end shipment lifecycle. You will handle import/export documentation, inventory movements, and analytics to support business operations.

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator with expertise in global logistics, import/export documentation, shipment tracking, transportation coordination, warehousing support, and supply chain operations. The role is responsible for managing 3PL and logistics carrier relationships, processing international shipments, preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, maintaining shipment visibility through ERP, TMS, and WMS systems, overseeing transportation activities, inventory movements, reverse logistics, compliance requirements, and delivering actionable analytics and reporting to support business operations.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Manage and coordinate global logistics, supply chain operations, and product movement across the supply chain.
Establish and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, logistics partners, and carriers while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support process improvements and implement logistics enhancement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and perform daily transactions between Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
Process domestic and international shipments through carrier Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-related requirements.
Monitor and manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including shipment tracking, traceability, and shipment visibility updates.
Review and implement customer compliance requirements, shipping guidelines, and routing instructions.
Oversee transportation activities between warehouse locations, including reverse logistics operations.
Coordinate and execute inventory transfers and outbound logistics transactions.
Manage value-added services, rework requests, and related operational activities.
Validate, manage, and dispute logistics-related chargebacks when necessary.
Generate reports, shipment analytics, and operational insights for stakeholders.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment data and logistics documentation.
Perform additional logistics, transportation, and supply chain projects as required.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or any 4-year college degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination role.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in import and export documentation processing.
Experience working within a 3PL or 4PL logistics environment.
Experience managing international shipment workflows and the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
Experience preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Working knowledge of customs documentation requirements, international shipping processes, freight operations, and container handling.
Experience coordinating outbound logistics transactions, transportation activities, and warehouse-related logistics operations.
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other logistics platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, basic to intermediate Pivot Tables, shipment tracking, and documentation validation.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and logistics technologies.
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage shipment data, documentation, and system transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and prevent operational errors.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external logistics partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
