Job summary

Central Azucarera De Bais, Inc. seeks a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support our Manila warehouse and repacking centers, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries across key accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics teams to monitor service levels, stock readiness, and process improvements, enabling efficient operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ability to monitor orders, deliveries, service levels, and stock readiness.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Willingness to visit warehouse, repacking centers, and toll processing centers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Sales, Customer Service, and Delivery Teams regarding service level objectives for proper execution of deliveries
• Align with Warehouse, Procurement, and Repacking Centers on production requirements and resources
• Implement stock transfers, procurement requests, and repacking processes
• Ensure smooth order processing flow and monitor the overall order processing activities
• Ensure updated customer order status and keep Field Sales and customers informed
• Provide regular service level and delivery status reports to Sales
• Support Sales in monitoring key commercial initiatives such as new account development, new product introduction, and promotions
• Define and implement system and process improvements to ensure seamless processing of orders and information, and assist Sales in account reconciliation
