Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately within the ERP system.
• Verify pricing, shipping instructions, product availability and order details.
• Send order confirmations, acknowledgements and customer updates.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delayed shipments.
• Assist customers with order status requests and tracking information.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Create and manage purchase orders; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages.
• Support inventory planning and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate parcel and freight shipments; schedule pickups.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up when necessary.
• Support KPI reporting and process improvements.
