Job summary

orchidsluxhome is seeking a highly organized Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support US warehouse and logistics operations remotely from the Philippines. You will coordinate with warehouse staff and US-based teams, maintain inventory records, and ensure day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English with US-based communication capability.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data recording abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, and order-fulfillment activities.
• Maintain and update inventory, shipment, and operational records in Excel.
• Monitor stock levels of samples, packaging materials, catalogs, and other supplies, and flag low inventory.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, shipping documentation, and dispatch requirements.
• Follow up with warehouse staff to ensure tasks and processes are completed correctly.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized records and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal U.S. teams on warehouse, logistics, and supply-related requirements.
