Macare Medicals, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse and Logistics Personnel to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations in the Philippines.

Macare Medicals, Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Personnel to support the Company's day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and releasing medical devices and other healthcare products, while ensuring inventory accuracy, proper product handling, complete documentation, and timely delivery. You will also coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, couriers, and other logistics partners to ensure that products are handled and delivered efficiently and in accordance with Company procedures and applicable requirements.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming medical devices, equipment, supplies, and other products, ensuring that deliveries match the applicable purchase orders, delivery documents, and other records
Check product quantities, item descriptions, lot or serial numbers, expiry dates, condition, and other relevant information upon receipt
Properly store, organize, label, and maintain products in designated warehouse locations in accordance with Company procedures and applicable product handling requirements
Prepare and pick products for customer orders, installations, demonstrations, service activities, and other authorized releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Pack and prepare products for delivery, ensuring appropriate handling and protection during transportation
Process and maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation, including receiving reports, stock movement records, delivery documents, and other applicable forms
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies
Monitor product conditions, expiry dates, storage requirements, and inventory movement, and promptly report damaged, expired, near-expiry, missing, or questionable items
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical Service, Accounting, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal teams regarding order fulfillment, product availability, releases, deliveries, returns, and other warehouse-related requirements
Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries and collections
Assist in the processing and documentation of product returns, replacements, transfers, and other inventory movements in accordance with Company procedures
Support the implementation of proper inventory control, traceability, and document control practices
Assist in audits, inspections, and inventory verification activities by providing complete and properly organized warehouse and logistics records
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes to promote accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; applicants with relevant vocational or technical qualifications may also be considered
At least 1–3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in handling medical devices, laboratory products, healthcare supplies, or other regulated products is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in inventory receiving, stock monitoring, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination
Experience using SAP or other inventory/warehouse management systems is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, inventory records, and warehouse documentation
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and logistics requirements
Physically capable of performing warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, picking, packing, organizing, and moving products as required
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers
Trustworthy, dependable, and able to properly handle company property, inventory, and confidential business information
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with the Warehouse, Logistics, and other support teams
Willing to work extended hours or weekends when operational requirements necessitate
