Job summary

Golden Renal Care Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of dialysis supplies and medical equipment across our centers.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, support uninterrupted clinical operations, and enforce healthcare standards. The role requires leading a small team, performing cycle counts, managing FEFO expiry, and coordinating with suppliers and clinical staff to guarantee timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred).
• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics, ideally healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Working knowledge of DOH, FDA, PhilHealth regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, consumables, and dialysis equipment across the center's facilities. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports uninterrupted clinical operations, and enforces compliance with healthcare standards and government regulations. The supervisor plays a critical part in patient safety by ensuring that life-sustaining dialysis supplies are always available, properly stored, and within expiry.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of dialysis consumables, pharmaceuticals, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and cold-chain protocols where required.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of dialyzers, dialysis solutions, bloodlines, and disposables; conduct regular cycle counts, monitor expiry dates using FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) principles, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Lead and develop warehouse assistants; assign tasks, monitor performance, and train staff on safe handling and documentation of medical supplies.
• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries; coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate distribution to all facilities.
• Ensure adherence to DOH, FDA, and PhilHealth standards for the storage and handling of medical items; maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
• Prepare accurate, audit-ready reports on stock movement, wastage, consumption trends, and supply forecasts to support management decisions and procurement planning.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Working knowledge of medical supply chain processes and regulatory requirements (DOH, FDA, PhilHealth).
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Motivates and manages warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Ensures accuracy in stock tracking and expiry management.
• Resolves supply chain issues quickly to avoid clinical disruption.
• Familiar with DOH/FDA regulations and audit requirements.
• Handles medical inventory responsibly, minimizing wastage and loss.
