Job summary

RZ Ecommerce Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure accurate and efficient daily warehouse operations in Bulacan. You will support receiving, storage, and fulfillment to keep inventory readily available for business demand.

The role requires a college-level education with basic computer skills and a detail-oriented, physically fit, and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory.
• Organize, label, and store products properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Assist in loading/unloading and daily warehouse tasks.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and stock replenishment.

About This Role

The Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and efficiency of daily warehouse operations. This role supports the smooth flow of Items—from receiving and storage to fulfillment—ensuring that inventory is properly handled, tracked, and readily available to support business demand.
