Job summary

Macare Medicals, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse and Logistics Personnel to support day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations in the Philippines.

The role involves receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and releasing medical devices and healthcare products with a focus on accuracy and proper documentation. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and couriers to ensure timely delivery and compliant handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience handling medical devices or regulated healthcare products is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming medical devices and other products.
• Check quantities, descriptions, lot/serial numbers, expiry dates, and condition.
