Job summary

TeleCure Corporation in Manila is seeking an entry-level Logistics Assistant to support the Supply Chain team. You will help move supplies, coordinate deliveries, and ensure secure handling of medicines and equipment across clinics, warehouses, and partner sites.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Supervisor and requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and reliability to keep operations running on time. Flextime with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Metro Manila routes is a significant advantage.
• Honest, dependable, and with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement logistics by assisting in picking up medicines, supplies, equipment, and office materials; verify deliveries.
• Move inventory between suppliers, warehouses, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and offices; assist loading/unloading.
• Operate company vehicles for deliveries and maintain vehicle readiness; monitor maintenance needs.
• Deliver and retrieve contracts, permits, invoices, and regulatory documents; coordinate with agencies and banks.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain delivery, mileage, and fuel records.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor. The Logistics Assistant provides vital operational support to the Supply Chain Supervisor by facilitating the movement of supplies, equipment, documents, and other organizational assets across TeleCure's clinics, warehouses, offices, suppliers, and partner institutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in procurement logistics, inventory movement, deliveries, pickups, and vehicle operations. You will serve as a critical link between the Supply Chain Department and other teams, coordinating the physical movement of resources to ensure that TeleCure's healthcare and administrative operations run efficiently and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement & Supplier Support
  - Assist the Supply Chain Supervisor in picking up medicines, medical supplies, equipment, office supplies, and other materials from suppliers.
  - Verify delivered items against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents.
  - Coordinate effectively with suppliers regarding pickup schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Inventory Movement & Warehouse Support
  - Transport supplies between suppliers, warehouses, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and offices.
  - Assist in loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory items.
  - Support inventory transfers and stock replenishment activities.
  - Ensure the proper and secure handling of medicines, medical devices, and sensitive materials during transport.
• Vehicle Operations & Maintenance
  - Operate company vehicles for deliveries, pickups, and official business activities when authorized.
  - Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after use.
  - Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance schedules, registration renewals, and insurance requirements.
  - Promptly report vehicle issues and coordinate repairs or preventive maintenance.
• Document Delivery & Administrative Support
  - Deliver and retrieve contracts, permits, invoices, checks, regulatory documents, and other business records.
  - Support all departments requiring logistical assistance for document submission or retrieval.
  - Coordinate with government agencies, banks, suppliers, and partner organizations when assigned.
• Operational Logistics Support & Reporting
  - Assist departments with urgent logistical requirements, including branch openings, warehouse transfers, and equipment deployments.
  - Help ensure materials and equipment arrive at their destinations accurately and on schedule.
  - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage logs, fuel consumption, and transportation activities.
  - Prepare logistics reports as required by the Supply Chain Supervisor and ensure proper acknowledgment receipts and turnover documents are completed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education is a strong advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and be fully capable of operating company vehicles safely.

Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Metro Manila, Bulacan, and nearby provincial routes is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: Honest, highly dependable, and able to maintain strict accountability for company assets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and transport medical supplies and operational equipment as required by daily tasks.
