Consolidated Matrix Inc. Wellness Diagnostic Clinic in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Medtech to support clinical and medical research operations.

This full-time role ensures medical technology infrastructure and equipment meet quality, safety and regulatory standards. You will operate, maintain and calibrate equipment, conduct routine inspections, and document records in line with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Medical Technology and licensure if required by PH regulatory authorities.
• Valid certification or licensure as a Medical Technologist, as required by authorities in the Philippines.
• Proven experience with medical equipment in clinical, research or healthcare warehouse settings.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, safety standards and QA protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide staff on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and calibrate medical equipment to ensure performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on devices and lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs with manufacturers and service providers.
• Document usage and maintenance records per regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sterilisation procedures.
• Support implementation of new technology through testing, validation and staff training.

About the role

Consolidated Matrix Inc, is seeking a talented Medtech professional to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting clinical and medical research operations. As a Medtech, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our medical technology infrastructure and equipment meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and advancing our commitment to excellence in healthcare and medical research.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and calibrate medical equipment and technology systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy


• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medical devices and laboratory equipment


• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs with equipment manufacturers and service providers


• Document equipment usage, maintenance records and any technical issues in accordance with regulatory standards


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sterilisation and handling of medical equipment


• Support the implementation of new medical technology and equipment through testing, validation and staff training

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Medical Technology, with or without experience


• Valid certification or licensure as a Medical Technologist, as required by regulatory authorities in the Philippines


• Proven experience working with medical equipment and devices in a clinical, research or healthcare warehouse environment


• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, safety standards and quality assurance protocols


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team


• Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance to staff members


• Knowledge of sterilisation procedures and infection control protocols
