STA. ANA HEALTHCARE PLUS CORP. is seeking a results-driven Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for medical, laboratory, and dialysis supplies.

You will optimize storage, oversee multi-site distribution, and mentor staff to establish standardized processes. This role requires strong inventory control, process improvement, safety compliance, and the ability to travel or oversee multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
• Experience in medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supplies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Proven ability to train, develop, and lead teams.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to travel or oversee multiple warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive inventory management across medical, laboratory, and dialysis supplies and equipment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor warehouse personnel, supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Review and improve warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and documentation.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage systems, material-handling workflows, and pick-and-pack processes.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee operations of central and satellite facilities with consistent SOPs and inventory visibility.
• Identify supply chain and warehouse inefficiencies and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.

Results-driven Logistics and Warehouse Manager with experience in the distribution of medical, laboratory, and dialysis supplies and equipment, adept at overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing storage efficiencies, and developing and mentoring personnel to establish streamlined, efficient, and standardized processes. Proven track record of reducing operational expenditures, improving team productivity, ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety protocols, and effectively managing multi-site distribution networks across central and satellite facilities.

Core Competencies & Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Warehousing: Oversee comprehensive inventory management across medical, laboratory, and dialysis supplies and equipment, ensuring stock accuracy, proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), cycle counting, loss prevention, and timely replenishment across all distribution facilities.

• Team Development & Supervision: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor warehouse personnel, supervisors, and administrative staff. Develop employees’ skills and establish clear work procedures to improve productivity, accountability, and consistency while continuously streamlining warehouse processes.

• Process & Workflow Optimization: Review and improve warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and documentation. Identify process gaps, eliminate unnecessary steps, and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.

• Storage & Distribution Optimization: Optimize warehouse layouts, storage systems, material-handling workflows, and pick-and-pack processes to maximize available space, improve accessibility, reduce handling time, and ensure efficient order fulfillment and distribution.

• Operational Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections, address operational risks, and provide continuous employee training to promote a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment.

• Multi‑Site Warehouse Management: Oversee the operations of the central warehouse and satellite distribution facilities, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, inventory controls, and operational standards across all locations while maintaining accurate and timely inventory visibility.

• Cost Reduction & Operational Efficiency: Identify supply chain and warehouse inefficiencies, reduce operational waste, optimize resource utilization, and recommend cost-effective solutions that improve productivity and generate sustainable savings.

• Continuous Improvement & People Development: Establish a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating team performance and operational processes. Train and develop employees to take ownership of their responsibilities, improve their competencies, and contribute to more efficient, standardized, and streamlined warehouse operations.
