About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Logistics & Warehouse Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Pasig warehouse.

The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring proper warehouse documentation, and supporting the implementation and proper use of our ERP/warehouse management system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, releasing, and dispatch activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stocks reconcile with system records
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in scheduled physical inventories
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, missing stocks, damaged items, and other variances
• Ensure all stock movements are properly documented and encoded in the ERP/system
• Maintain proper warehouse location, labeling, and stock organization
• Coordinate delivery schedules, trucking, and dispatch requirements
• Monitor pending deliveries, transfers, returns, and other warehouse transactions until completion
• Prepare and maintain receiving reports, delivery documents, stock transfer records, and inventory reports
• Coordinate closely with Sales, E-commerce, Accounting, Logistics, and other departments regarding inventory and delivery requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, receiving and dispatch
• Experience using an ERP, WMS, or inventory management system is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including inventory monitoring and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Able to identify inventory discrepancies and follow through until issues are resolved
• Organized, systematic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, trucking providers, and other external parties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical supplies, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce warehouse is an advantage.
• Experience with barcode-based inventory or warehouse location management is an advantage.
• Exposure to ERP implementation or warehouse process improvement is an advantage.
