The Qualifications We Seek
- High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of data entry experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience handling confidential documents and sensitive employee information
- Knowledge of HRIS or payroll systems
- Strong data accuracy and system management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leadership and management to provide effective HR support
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Organize and secure employee files and correspondence
- Draft and process Compensation Agreements for new hires through DocuSign and file finalized documents
- Verify the accuracy of commission structures, incentive plans, and payment terms
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors
- Process employment changes through Personnel Action Forms, update employee records, and draft new Compensation Agreements as needed
- Assist with audits and reporting related to compensation documentation
