Emapta Philippines is hiring a Loan Processor to support U.S. mortgage lending and real estate finance. You will review applications, verify borrowers, coordinate underwriting, and ensure documentation from the Philippines-based team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with LOS and Microsoft Office; LendingWise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify applicant information including income, employment, credit history, and collateral.
• Communicate with applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and vendors to collect documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the loan processing system.
• Prepare and submit complete loan files to underwriting for final approval.
• Monitor loan pipelines and conduct follow-ups to support timely closings.
• Provide regular loan status updates to applicants and stakeholders.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite, with LendingWise experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
• Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience in business-purpose real estate lending, preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
